After all, as much as you love your family, you’re not used to spending 24 hours a day with them. Spending some time apart, nourishing your own self-care, will help you to appreciate each other more when you’re together.
5. A change is as good as a rest. This well-worn expression has lots of truth to it. Having time off doesn’t necessarily mean a complete absence of activity. Instead, it can be a rich schedule of activities that are things you don’t usually get to do. This could include self-care rituals such as an aromatherapy treatment, time in the garden, experimenting with a new, colourful vegetable in the kitchen or visiting a friend.
And above all, adjust your expectations ? of yourself, of your loved ones and of your holiday plans.

Without the use of a protective case, scratches, water damage and such can cause your screen to become hard to read. Other repairs include sound problems, hard drive upgrades, and liquid damage. Also, if you use your iPod on a regular basis you will find that after an average of one year the battery seems to show signs of fatigue and it will just not hold a charge as long as it used to. A more powerful battery replacement is also a great idea.
Are you a do-it-yourselfer? Why not just buy iPod parts and repair your own iPod. Instead of sending off your iPod and waiting for the repair. Purchasing iPod parts is a great and hopefully quicker alternative. You may purchase individual screens, hard drives and batteries.
With this popularization of iPods, there is a growing need for individualization and repair.

I love bikinis on the beach, I wear those thongs like no-one’s watching or comparing. But that’s just it, isn’t it – women compare. They silently compare thighs, stomachs, hair, noses, dimples – and I’m not talking about the ones found on your face. Yes, there are beautiful bodies on the beach. Yes, there are women who would put Elle Macpherson or Kate Moss to shame, but hell, I wear my bikini with pride, lazing in the sun and think that I’m having the time of my life. Why not? Why feel shitty about the skinny bombshell with the surfboard tummy getting all the stares – from men and women?
There’s no point in hiding behind a huge swim-suit which will only make you look bigger. I know some grannies who still bare it all in a two-piece and they look great – not because they’re in shape but because they don’t care. They go the to beach to feel their feet sinking in the soft white sand, to be soothed by the lull of the ocean, to absorb every ray the sun has to offer and know that it’s complete pleasure.
I say let it all hang out, let your briefs be brief, let the flab see the daylight and let the roving eyes of less secure women compare – because nothing compares to spending the day at the beach, and that should be exactly the reason for going: Simply to get close to paradise and frolic – wearing almost nothing.

The Qualified Intermediary then directly delivers the money to the closing agent who delivers the deed directly to the real estate investor.
The QI is responsible for performing the following activities in a 1031 Property Exchange:
? Acquiring the Relinquished Property from the taxpayer
? Transferring the Relinquished Property to the buyer
? Acquiring the Replacement Property from the seller and
? Transferring the Replacement Property to the taxpayer
The QI can perform all these without ever actually taking title to either of the properties. The QI is responsible for properly filling out the appropriate tax forms for the client. A QI typically provides three different documents: the exchange agreement, an assignment, and a notice. The exchange agreement is a contract between the client and the QI that sets out the rules, which must be followed in order to complete the 1031 exchange. The assignment of the sales contract to the QI must also be in place. This is because, theoretically, the QI steps into the client?s shoes and sells the property.

BOBBING FOR APPLES
Eventually the traditional Roman celebration on November 1st honoring Pomona, the Roman goddess of fruit and trees, was absorbed into the Halloween punch bowl. Bringing its own traits with it, Pomona’s symbol was an apple, which most likely inspired the party activity of bobbing for apples.
7. TRICK
Celebration of Halloween came to America with early Irish and Scottish immigrants. The belief in spirit possession had subsided compared to the early days and the act of dressing as ghouls, goblins, ghosts and witches was more like today’s ceremonious fun.
However, the anarchy still remained from the early Celtic days. Favorite tricks of the time were knocking over outhouses, especially with someone inside and unhinging fence gates, freeing farm animals and the like.
8. OR TREAT
The treat part of trick-or-treating originated with a 9th century European custom called “souling”.

Each piece of software has
its advantages, but don’t forget that QuickBooks has been
the standard in business accounting software for many years
now. As for features and basic operations, both
applications will provide you the same functionality and
convenience for your business.
One additional factor to consider in your decision is that
Peachtree Accounting is less expensive than QuickBooks. Both starter versions of Peachtree and QuickBooks are
priced at $99.95 each, but the full-featured version of
Peachtree is priced at only $199.95 while the full-featured
QuickBooks Pro is priced at $299.95.
At the end of the day, the biggest advantage QuickBooks
offers over Peachtree is compatibility with other
applications.

To do this we must up the current research spending at DARPA ten-fold and then ten-fold again in five years. It should be one of our largest expenditures. By doing so we will invest in biotech and find cures for cancer, find ways to better use energy and clean our air, water and land. If we do not we will be buying these technologies from other nations like China and India and will continue to have more outflows than inflows as our trade deficits expand.
We are at a cross roads in the United States when it comes to technology, whether we care to address it or not. If we fail to recognize this truth that does not mean our free market components and competing nations have failed to observe it. Think on this.

The instructor kept saying don’t get
stuck on the small details — you must see the big
picture, the whole picture… the colors, lines,
forms… the whole composition.
It made sense and it’s somewhat important if you
want to create a masterpiece!
Recently, as I was making a few changes with one of
my websites… it suddenly occurred to me. Am I
seeing the big picture, the whole picture when it
comes to my website…the whole picture when it
comes to the internet?
I realized in this situation, I had not really examined
the big picture at all. What makes up the internet,
where it’s been, where it’s going? The big picture. The whole picture. A clear picture.
Quick, ask yourself, what is the web? Can you
picture it in your mind? Can you visualize it?
Can you completely explain it to a small child
so he or she would completely understand it?
UUURRRR Time’s up!
Maybe, it would be helpful to paint a clear picture
in your head.

Use thorny plants along fence lines and under windows to deter access by intruders.
4. Maintenance is a well maintained home, building or community, and creates a sense of ownership. A well kept area tends to make someone feel like they will be observed by neighbors or business owners as it is obvious people care about the area. Keep trees & shrubs trimmed back from windows, doors & walkways. Keep shrubs trimmed to 3 feet & prune the lower branches of trees up to 7 feet. Use exterior lighting at night & keep it in working order. Keep litter & trash picked up & the yard neat & free of items that might attract theft.
